Click the Add coin button next to any coins that you’re keen on. Once you’re done browsing and would like to make a purchase, click the yellow checkout button the top right hand corner of the page. From here, follow the prompts. Alternatively, you may send us an email with the coin’s Product ID, and we can go from there.

What are your lay-by (or layaway) terms?

I'm pretty flexible when it comes to lay-by. If you can put down a 10% deposit, I’ll hold a coin for you for up to 60 days. If you need a more special arrangement, just let me know. Please note that I cannot offer refunds on coins purchased on lay-by, and if you default on your payments, you will forfeit your deposit; any balance paid will be refunded to you. Lay-by is not available on certain items, such as bullion.

Where do you ship to?

Generally, I ship to all corners of the globe. Parcels sent to high-risk countries will be dispatched at the customer's risk, and insurance will not be available. Within Australia, registered post is $8 and insurance is available at 2% of the insurable value. Internationally, Express Courier International is $60.

How much is postage?

Within Australia, registered post is $8 to anywhere in Australia.

Internationally, EMS (Express Mail Service) is $60. At our discretion, we may ship your coins with FedEx at no extra charge. If your coins are of lower value, we can ship them for $25 via Australia Post's registered or Pack and Track services.

We can combine an unlimited number of orders under one shipment at no extra charge to you.

How much is insurance?

Insurance is charged at 2% of the insurable value, and is only available to Australia, the USA, Europe, Canada, New Zealand, and Japan. In order to make a claim, you must show that the insured parcel was lost in transit and did not arrive at its destination. If Australia Post confirms that the parcel was delivered or signed for (even if it wasn’t signed for by you), a claim cannot be made. We’re proud to say that since we opened our doors in 2007, we haven’t lost a single parcel.

Do you have a shop?

No, I am an online business, and my coins are kept in safe deposit boxes. Traditional coin shops are costly to run and often these costs are passed onto collectors. All business is conducted through email or phone. On occasion, I may visit clients locally or interstate.

Some coins are marked as ON HOLD. What does this mean?

ON HOLD means that an item has been sold, but has not yet been paid for by the client who bought it. If the client defaults, the coin will be available for sale again.

What coins should I buy for an investment?

I neither encourage nor discourage coin investing, but I am not (legally) qualified to give specific investment advice. Best check with your financial planner, or, better yet, do your own research.

I'm from overseas. What exchange rate do you use?

I use the exchange rates from www.xe.com. At the moment, I only have bank accounts that accept AUD, EUR, GBP, and USD. These bank account details are listed under the FAQs page.

Do you have fax?

No. If you are unable to email, text, or call me and prefer to use a fax machine, regrettably you won’t be able to get in touch with me.

Do you buy coins?

Yes, I am always buying coins in which I regularly trade. If you have any PCGS-graded sovereigns, half sovereigns, or business-struck Commonwealth coins, give me a call on 1800 832 328 for an over-the-phone buyback price. Alternatively, you may email me the coin’s PCGS grade and the PCGS certificate number and I'll get back to you as soon as I review your email. If your coin is a PCGS-graded pre-decimal proof coin, I will need to view images of the coin before we can give you a buyback price. If your coin is uncertified or certified by a company other than PCGS, I will need to see the coin in person in order to provide a buyback price.

Do you discount?

I discount for established clients. If you’re a new client, please show your good faith by buying a few things at the list price. After we get to know each other a bit better, we’ll be happy to negotiate on prices. But remember, discounts have to be earned.

How much discount do you give to established clients?

Depends how “established” you are. But let’s face it, there’s not much room to move in quality coins, especially PCGS-graded coins. If you think we can take $50 off a $500 coin, you'll probably have some difficulty buying quality coins from anyone. Realistically, the average discount is between 2 - 4%. But only for established clients.

I have a coin. How much is it worth?

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of requests, we no longer provide free valuations.
